By downloading or using Mediavine, Inc.’s (“Mediavine”) name, logo or other trademarks (“Trademarks”), you agree to the Terms and Conditions for usage.
The Name
Journey by Mediavine
When referring to the program use the full “Journey by Mediavine” name.
The Logo
Logo Variations
There are two variations of the logo. The full logo (left) and the brand mark (right). The full logo should be used in most situations. The brand mark version should only be used when the words “Journey by Mediavine” appear somewhere else in the same view and/or if space is limited.
Full Logo Clearspace
For the full Journey by Mediavine logo, the space around the logo should be equal to or greater than 1x from the edges of the word “journey.” x is defined as the width of the Journey by Mediavine brand mark.
Brand Mark Clearspace
For the Journey by Mediavine brand mark, the space around should be equal to or greater than 1x from the edges of the brand mark. x is defined as the width of the green section of the brand mark.
Full Logo Color Options
We’ve provided three color variations for you to use in your creative assets. Below you will find guidelines for the use cases of each variation.
White Color
Use the “White Color” variation of the logo whenever the logo is placed on a dark background.
Color
Use the “Color” variation of the logo when there is a lot of color on the graphic and the color letters version of the logo would be too distracting or busy.

Social Media
Using Templates with Transparent Backgrounds
In the visual asset package, you have received social media templates, which include a variety of PNG file images for your use. Some of these images have transparent backgrounds. This allows you to place the image over other pictures or videos without a visible background
Layering on a Photo or Video
- Open your base photo in an image editing or video editing program, like Photoshop, Canva, or Premiere Pro.
- Your base photo/video should be 1080 x 1080px (square), 1080 x 1920px (vertical), or 1920 x 1080px (horizontal).
- Import the PNG file as a new layer by clicking file > import or dragging the file into your program.
- Position the PNG layer above the base photo or video layer.
- Adjust size and position as needed.
Layering Within Instagram Stories
- Add the PNG to your phone’s image gallery.
- Within Stories, take a photo or video.
- When previewing, add the transparent PNG to your content by tapping the sticker icon (square smiley face) in the upper right hand corner. Select the “Photo” option.
- Choose your PNG file from your phone’s gallery.
- Use two fingers to resize and position the PNG.

Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using Mediavine, Inc.’s (“Mediavine”) name, logo or other trademarks (“Trademarks”), you agree:
- To follow all brand guidelines including, if applicable, the Journey by Mediavine Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
- To abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the Trademarks including but not limited to FTC rules and regulations.
- You won’t use our Trademarks to disparage Mediavine, its products or services, or in a manner which, in Mediavine’s sole discretion, may diminish or tarnish our goodwill in the Trademarks.
- You will cease use of the Trademarks immediately upon notice from Mediavine.
- You will not alter or rotate the Trademarks in any way.
- You won’t display these Trademarks in a way that implies a relationship, affiliation, or endorsement by Mediavine of your product, service, or business.
- You will not use these Trademarks as part of your own product, business, or service’s name.
- You will not to combine these Trademarks with any other graphics without written consent from Mediavine.You won’t apply for any trademarks or domains that include the Trademarks or any other confusingly similar variations.
- That all rights to the Trademarks are the exclusive property of Mediavine and all goodwill generated through your use of the Trademarks will inure to the sole benefit of Mediavine.
- You will not take any action that is in conflict with Mediavine’s rights in, or ownership of, the Trademarks.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the brand guidelines and this policy at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. Furthermore, we may grant or deny any permission to use the Trademarks at our sole discretion. You may use the Trademarks solely as permitted herein. Violating this policy will terminate any permissions related to your use of the Trademarks and we reserve the right to take action against any unauthorized or nonconforming use of the Trademarks.
